Each course date listed will be a one-day lecture and participation course including prepared natural dry skulls, models, and instruments.  Each class will be limited to 25 dentists.  Gunnar Philipp, designer of the Ögram System, will be the speaker.

 To attend an upcoming course fill out the registration form below.  A deposit of $400.00, by check, is required for each dentist registering including a copy of your registration form with the balance payable at the course by check; or submit the full amount by check including a copy of your registration form.  You may also register by fax, phone or internet, but we must receive a tuition check within 7 days after your registration.  Written confirmation with course location will be mailed to you upon receipt of your registration form and payment.

 There is nothing to bring to the class, we provide everything needed.

 Tape recordings or video recordings are not allowed.

 Doctor Tuition:  $595

Doctor Audit Fee:  $395  (only for dentists who have previously attended our course)

Chairside Assistant:  $135 (highly recommended)

Registration:  8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

Course Time:  8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (course time 8 hours-participation)

Lunch and Course Refreshments are provided by the Ögram System

Course locations are at major hotels by the cities airport with free hotel/airport shuttle service.

 Refunds: All tuition paid will be refunded in full should we cancel the course you have scheduled.  Participants cancellations or no shows are not refundable, however, tuition payments made will be applied toward our future course dates in the U.S.A.
